The studio coordinates design, suppliers, purchasing and construction and hands over a home ready to live in. You follow every stage through the Client Portal, without having to manage the renovation yourself.
Yes. We provide construction supervision and management, with schedule, cost and quality control. It is part of our renovation services and can be included in interior projects, according to the scope defined in the proposal.
Yes. While the building is still under construction, we help define layout changes with the developer within the customization deadline and have the interior project ready for key handover.
Yes. Besides São Paulo, we serve clients in other cities with remotely conducted projects, online meetings and the Client Portal for follow-up.
